Free. No refund applies because there’s nothing to refund. Use it as often as your daily rate limit allows.

Pre-Download Satisfaction: After purchase you see a watermarked preview of the design. If you’re not satisfied, click “Cancel & refund” for a full automatic refund within 7 days.

Once you click “Approve & Download”, the unwatermarked files are released to your device and the order is final — no refund.

By approving the download, you also confirm your explicit request for immediate delivery of digital content and waive any statutory right of withdrawal that would otherwise apply (EU/UK consumers).

The Tattoo Ready Pack is generated by AI + verified database. It is not personally reviewed at this tier. If you want a personal native review, upgrade to Expert Review for an additional layer of safety.

Accuracy Guarantee: If we make a meaningful error during your Expert Review (incorrect meaning, missed warning, wrong cultural framing), you receive a full refund. We’d rather refund and learn than ship a kanji we’re not sure about.

One revision request: After the initial review, you may request one alternative recommendation (e.g., a different kanji or yojijukugo with similar meaning).

Pre-review refund: If we haven’t started your review yet, you can request a full refund at any time.

After review starts: Once the operator has begun reviewing your request, the work is considered delivered. No refund unless we made an error (see Accuracy Guarantee above).

Expert Review is capped at 30 customers per month so we can actually look at each one.

The physical tiers (Tier 3 + 4) are not yet live. When they launch, our refund stance will be:

• 7-day unopened return: International shipping reality means our return window is 7 days, not 30. We’ll cover return shipping if there’s a defect on our side.
• No refund after opening: Once a stencil sheet is unsealed or a custom seal (印鑑) is carved, the item is final. This is industry standard for craft goods.

For Tattoo Ready Pack, the “Cancel & refund” button on the preview screen is the fastest path. For Expert Review, or any pre-purchase question, email info@inkfirst.ink. Refunds are issued via Stripe back to the original payment method, usually within 5 business days.

The rules above are the policy. But if something genuinely weird happens — system bug delivered the wrong kanji, our email never reached you, we shipped to the wrong continent — email us and we’ll make it right. We don’t document this as policy to avoid abuse, but we also don’t want to hide behind it.
